Riftbound Vendetta Preview Season: The Full Reveal Schedule (Now Complete)

Riftbound Vendetta’s preview season ran July 6–17, 2026 — and it’s now complete. All 166 main-set cards, along with Overnumbers, Runes, and Promos, have been revealed. Here’s how the reveal schedule played out, for anyone catching up before the July 31 launch.

Preview Season Kickoff: July 6

Vendetta’s preview season officially began on July 6, 2026, with Riot’s Dev Drop Video and Vendetta Overview Article. This is where the big-picture info landed first: the new Fury/Calm, Mind/Body, and Chaos/Order domain pairings, the three new mechanics (Flow, Burn, Empower), and the first look at the rivalry theme driving the whole set.

Daily Reveals: July 7–17

This was the heart of spoiler season. Starting July 7, Riot handed out exclusive card reveals to a rotating lineup of gaming outlets, creators, and community sites — a new batch of cards each day. This daily cadence is why the revealed-card count climbed steadily from a handful of cards to the complete 166-card set by the close of the window on July 17.

A few dates worth noting from the run:

• July 13 — Piltover Archive got an exclusive reveal
• July 16 — riftbound.gg got its own reveal
• July 17 — Card Gamer wrapped the scheduled daily reveal run, and Riot also issued a small errata note correcting rules text on three cards (Gangplank, Naval and Illaoi, Prophet of the Great Kraken)

What’s Left Before Launch

With the full card list confirmed, what remains before July 31 is mostly logistics rather than new cards:

• Pre-Rift Events run July 24–30 for stores running sealed-format previews ahead of launch
• Exact booster odds and full rarity breakdowns are still being finalized
• Early tier lists and deck archetypes will start forming as players get hands-on time during Pre-Rift week

Full Release: July 31, 2026

Vendetta launches worldwide — the first Riftbound set with simultaneous global release across English and Simplified Chinese. Alongside the full 166-card set, the product lineup includes Booster Displays, the Vault Bundle, playmats and art sleeves, and the new Zed vs. Shen Showdown Deck.
