What a Full Corporate Event Looks Like

9:00 AM

Arrival & Welcome

The venue is exclusively yours. Company slides on screen. Staff greets your group. DMs introduce the day's adventure at every table.

9:30 AM

Morning Session — D&D or Board Game Tournament

DM-guided play across all tables. Groups split into teams of 4 per table. Parallel adventures running simultaneously with professional hosts.

12:00 PM

Lunch at The Twisted Vine

Your pre-approved custom menu. Food, craft drinks, and your choice of movie or company reel on the projector. A real lunch break.

1:00 PM

Afternoon Session

Continue the campaigns, run board game finals, or mix formats. Our staff keeps energy high across every table all afternoon.

4:30 PM

Wrap-Up, Awards & D20 Send-Off

Branded D20s gifted to every guest. Team photos. Bragging rights awarded. Out the door before our public doors open at 5:30 PM.

Most of our corporate groups haven't played before. Our DMs are trained specifically for beginners and skeptics. If D&D feels like a stretch, board game tournaments work brilliantly for any group with zero prior experience — no pressure, no awkward rulebooks.

We build a custom menu for your event and send it to your coordinator for approval before the day. You sign off before anyone takes a bite. All dietary needs handled in advance — no surprises on the day.

Yes. Our projector and synchronized room TVs display content venue-wide from a single location. Send us your deck before the event — it's on screen when your team walks in. Remote team members can also join via screen in any room.

A credit card is required at booking. 50% of the food and drink minimum is charged at booking to secure your date. The remaining 50% is settled at the event based on actual spend. No surprises — everything is confirmed in writing before your event day.

Yes. Half-day sessions are a complete, satisfying experience. Our DMs are skilled at pacing — nothing feels rushed or cut short. Ask about half-day options when requesting a quote.

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance for standard events. For custom branded gifts (logo-engraved D20s or full dice sets) allow 6–14 weeks depending on the tier. Friday dates fill fastest — don't wait if you have a specific date in mind.
